INSTRUCTIONS
Measures all 4 sides of the chimney and add 1/2 an inch to the number you put onto the form. We fabricate to the specifications we are given. We identify the 4 sides of cap with clock directions.
REQUIRED FIELDS
For ever form the Date, Company Name and PO# must be filled out. Selection from the cap styles must also be made.
MASONRY STYLE #1 or #2/FORTRESS
The 4 side measurements, the skirt/turndown measurement, and the color selection are required fields
BOTTOM PAN
Everything required for a #1 plus the measurement for the hole. If the hole is centered indicate with a capital “C”. If the hole is not centered use the spaces for the interior distance measurements.
ASPEN
Everything required for #1 plus the field for leg height.
T-TOP/STEVENSON
Everything required for a bottom pan plus the field for leg height.
